Payout Policy

This Payout Policy forms part of the Nestovo Limited Terms and Conditions and applies to all
payouts facilitated through the Nestovo platform.
By using the platform, all users agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. PLATFORM ROLE
   Nestovo operates solely as a technology platform and marketplace intermediary.
   Nestovo does not act as a bank, trustee, escrow agent, payment institution, or financial services
   provider.
   Funds collected through the platform are held temporarily for transactional processing only and
   are released in accordance with this Policy.
2. SCOPE OF PAYOUTS
   This Policy applies to payouts relating to:

• property owners
• affiliates
• merchants or service providers
• any other user eligible to receive funds through the platform

1. PAYOUT ELIGIBILITY
   A payout becomes eligible only when all of the following conditions are met:

• The underlying transaction is completed
• The applicable refund and dispute windows have expired
• No active dispute, chargeback, or investigation exists
• payout details provided by the user are valid and verified
  Until all conditions are met, funds are not considered earned or payable.

1. PROPERTY OWNER PAYOUTS
   Unless otherwise stated on the platform:

• Payouts are initiated after successful checkout.
• payouts are subject to a standard holding period of 3 to 5 business days
• holding periods allow for dispute review, fraud prevention, and payment processing
  Nestovo does not guarantee payout timing.

1. AFFILIATE PAYOUTS
   Affiliate commissions are payable only when:

• The referred transaction is completed
• The transaction is not cancelled or refunded
• The applicable holding period has expired
  If a transaction is cancelled or refunded:
• Related commissions are void
• Previously credited commissions may be reversed
  Nestovo does not guarantee payout timing.

1. MERCHANT OR SERVICE PROVIDER PAYOUTS
   Merchant payouts are subject to:

• confirmation of order completion
• expiry of applicable dispute windows
• compliance with platform requirements
  Nestovo is not responsible for delivery, quality, or performance of goods or services.
  Nestovo does not guarantee payout timing.

1. DISPUTES AND PAYOUT HOLDS
   Where a dispute, complaint, or chargeback is raised:

• payouts may be temporarily held
• funds may remain on hold until resolution
• holding funds does not imply fault or liability
  Disputes are handled strictly under the Dispute Resolution Policy.

1. FAILED OR DELAYED PAYOUTS
   Users are responsible for maintaining accurate and valid payout information.
   If a payout fails due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated payout details provided by the user:

• The payout may be retried
• Additional verification may be required
• bank, processing, or intermediary fees may be incurred
• Repeated failures may result in forfeiture or account suspension
  Any fees, charges, or costs arising from failed, returned, or reprocessed payouts due to incorrect
  payout information are the responsibility of the user.
  Nestovo is not liable for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or third-party systems.

1. MINIMUM PAYOUT THRESHOLDS
   Nestovo may apply minimum payout thresholds.
   Funds below the threshold may be carried forward until the threshold is met or the account is
   closed.
2. FEES AND DEDUCTIONS
   Nestovo may deduct:

• platform service fees
• transaction processing fees
• applicable taxes or regulatory charges
  All deductions are disclosed through the platform.

1. NO GUARANTEE OF AVAILABILITY
   Nestovo does not guarantee continuous availability of payout services and may suspend
   payouts for maintenance, compliance, or risk management.
2. TERMINATION AND FORFEITURE
   If an account is terminated for breach, fraud, or misuse:

• pending payouts may be withheld
• funds may be forfeited where permitted by law

1. FINALITY OF PAYOUT DECISIONS
   Payout determinations made under this Policy are final for platform purposes.
   Nestovo has no obligation to advance, reimburse, or guarantee funds.
2. POLICY UPDATES
   Nestovo may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes
   acceptance of updated terms.
3. GOVERNING LAW
   This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica
